Until further notice we have adapted our cancellation conditions to suit the current situation. In the event of local or personal travel restrictions due to the Covid-19 pandemic (such as quarantine or a travel ban for Austria) no cancellation fees will be charged.

We kindly ask our guests to provide us with registration details for check-in prior to arrival by email. Each guest will be contacted personally beforehand by email with regard to information required. Contactless payment is of course possible.

For the best possible corona prevention FFP2 face masks are mandatory in all indoor areas – wherever you’re moving around.

 

Common sense dictates that is impossible to wear a face mask whilst swimming or in the hot or steam cabins. Please keep your distance during all activities.

 

All our staff wear FFP2 face masks at all times – front of house and behind the scenes.

Cleaning is in accordance with new regulations. Our cleaning staff use cleaning materials containing disinfectant. Laundry is washed according to strict hygiene regulations by a professional company.

Snow & safety – the important basics

• Wearing a FFP2 face mask is mandatory!
  In all lift areas, in the waiting zones (lift tracks, cash desks etc.) on all chairlifts and inside all lifts, in all indoor areas such as public toilets, wearing of FFP2 masks is mandatory for everyone aged 14 and over (children aged 6 – 13 years are required to wear face masks // for children under 6 years face masks are not required, but recommended), until further notice!
• Cable cars, chairs and indoor areas are disinfected regularly.
