Booking information

Our apartments are ready for you from 3.00 pm on arrival day. On day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate your accommodation bis 10.00 am at the latest.

There are plenty of free parking spaces in front of the houses.

During your stay in our apartments you can use the Wi-Fi internet connection free of charge.

Sustainability is important to us! We try to implement this every day in all our areas. For this reason, there are no more disposable terry slippers in your bathing bag! So please do not forget your own slippers.

You are also welcome to book a "3 persons or more" apartment for two people. For this we charge a surcharge of € 15,– per night.

Please note that smoking is not permitted in your holiday accommodation. Smokers may enjoy their cigarettes outdoors or on the balcony.

On arrival here at our Ferienwohnungen Eckart you receive the Salzburger Sportwelt Card, which entitles you to a range of discounts on at sights & attraction in the Salzburger Sportwelt resorts.

We’re happy to provide cots and highchairs for our youngest guests.

Pets are allowed in our apartments. Please kindly note that we charge double the end of stay cleaning fee for the extra cleaning required.

Resort tax is not included in the accommodation prices (€ 2,– per person over 15 years per night).

The apartments are fully equipped including towels, bed linen, tea towels etc. If you would like a change of towels, please let us know. We focus on sustainability in housekeeping and thus actively help the environment and dispense with daily room cleaning. We are also happy to offer the “intermediate cleaning” service. For this service we charge € 80,–.

Children under 5 years stay free of charge.

Please settle your bill on the evening before departure at the lastest in cash, with EC-card or credit card.

A booking is a purchase agreement. In the event of cancellation, late arrival and early departure cancellation fees will be charged. For this reason we recommend you take out travel insurance e.g. european travel insurance.

Cancellation conditions according to Austrian Hotel Regualtions apply.

Our office is open from Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 12:00. Enquiries can be answered by telephone or e-mail. Please note that we are an apartment house and do not have a 24-hour reception!
